We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead our research and engineering teams in developing scalable, state-of-the-art generative models. You will be responsible for designing and deploying large-scale neural networks, optimizing inference pipelines, and ensuring our AI solutions are robust, ethical, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architect high-performance inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput deployments in production environments.
- Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques such as model quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research to evaluate model accuracy, bias, and safety, ensuring compliance with AI ethics standards.
- Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure to streamline model lifecycle management and continuous integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing research or deploying production-level AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
