Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance, scalability, and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research to integrate emerging AI trends and technologies into our core products.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Manage the full machine learning lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and model deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
