Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution.
- Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for high-volume deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent behaviors to ensure reliability and safety standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including emerging multimodal models and agent orchestration frameworks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and fine-tuning models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Mistral).
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
