Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy large-scale Machine Learning and Deep Learning models focused on LLMs and Computer Vision.
- Architect robust, high-throughput inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests daily.
- Research and implement novel techniques in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and best practices.
- Optimize model performance for latency, cost, and accuracy in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
