Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, latency, and accuracy, ensuring models run efficiently on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to improve product reliability and user experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research (e.g., Transformers, Graph Neural Networks) and integrate them into our proprietary stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
