Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML systems for quantum-enhanced AI applications
- Lead research on 2026-relevant technologies: neuromorphic computing, quantum neural networks, and AGI safety
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Develop proprietary algorithms achieving 10x efficiency improvements over current benchmarks
- Present findings at IEEE/ACM conferences and publish in Nature AI
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with quantum integration
- Drive product strategy for our quantum-adjacent AI platform
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Science)
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale (>1M users)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends: quantum machine learning, AGI alignment
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and algorithm design
