Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) applications and multi-agent systems for high-volume production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, implementing novel architectures and optimizations to improve model latency and accuracy.
- Model Fine-tuning: Lead the fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using proprietary datasets.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines, ensuring sub-millisecond latency and cost-effective GPU utilization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, RAG, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
