The Role:
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of scalable machine learning models. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the core algorithms that drive our platform's intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven product enhancements.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in data science and software engineering.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and NLP to innovate our product offerings.
- Monitor model performance and conduct A/B testing to validate improvements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production using ML frameworks.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
