Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define AI requirements and implement solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and large language models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
