Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of large-scale Machine Learning pipelines and AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing, ensuring our tech stack remains future-proof.
- Code Leadership: Write high-quality, production-grade Python and C++ code; establish coding standards and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time data processing environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-impact features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Algorithms: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, neural networks, and optimization algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
