Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling millions of concurrent inference requests.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of proprietary AI models, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer solutions that reduce latency and increase accuracy for complex NLP and computer vision tasks.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for AI integration within product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential biases and security vulnerabilities in AI models and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Algorithmic Expertise: Solid understanding of statistical learning, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
