Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI technologies for enterprise solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy using edge computing and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable LLMs or Computer Vision systems.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
