Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for large-scale AI applications.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 AI curve.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large foundation models to improve accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- AI Safety: Implement best practices for model bias mitigation, data privacy, and explainability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying production-ready models and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in English (business and technical contexts).
