Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Build robust, distributed, and high-performance ML pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical advancements in deep learning into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI research.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Strong background in Deep Learning, NLP, and Transformer architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
