The Role:
As a Senior AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, robust, and efficient machine learning pipelines. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment, ensuring our AI models are accurate, fast, and reliable at scale.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for high-volume data streams.Optimize existing deep learning models for performance and accuracy on edge devices.Lead the technical strategy for MLOps, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines for AI models.Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready software.Establish best practices for model governance, security, and monitoring.Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, preferably in a high-scale environment.Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision technologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
