Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Define the technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on LLM integration and edge computing.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference latency, and ensure high availability.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in CI/CD environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with MLOps tools and data governance frameworks.
