Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 AI Strategy: Define the architectural roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future AI workloads.
- Design LLM Pipelines: Architect and optimize end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Fine-Tuning strategies.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced quantization and pruning techniques to reduce latency and cost in production environments.
- Autonomous Agents: Design the core logic and data flow for autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making tasks.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of models on major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on Kubernetes and containerization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Deep Neural Networks and Transformer architectures.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and stakeholder management.
