Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Tech Stack: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems.
- Spatial Computing Leadership: Spearhead the integration of AR/VR elements into our web platforms, ensuring seamless 3D experiences.
- System Optimization: Analyze current infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and deploy solutions that increase processing speed and energy efficiency for AI workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Innovation Lab: Lead internal hackathons and research initiatives to prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML and emerging tech.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with Web3 or Blockchain protocols is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
