Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and deploy advanced machine learning models capable of handling high-volume, low-latency data streams.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects focusing on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize neural network architectures to improve accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and software engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI into our flagship products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, ensuring models are deployed, monitored, and retrained seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions using data-driven methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
