Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning pipelines.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI technologies, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency inference in cloud and edge environments.
- Ensure data quality, model governance, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
