Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models to ensure high accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Strategic Innovation: Research emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning) to integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Scalability: Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
