Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into real-world applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for edge and cloud deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical domain.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models.
