Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Frameworks: Design and implement high-performance, distributed computing architectures optimized for large-scale machine learning workloads.
- Future-Proof Hardware Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging hardware technologies (e.g., specialized AI accelerators, next-gen storage) to support 2026 roadmap goals.
- Cloud & Edge Orchestration: Lead the orchestration of Kubernetes clusters across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring zero-downtime deployment and high availability.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis of system bottlenecks, optimizing data pipelines and model inference speeds.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols for proprietary AI models and sensitive data, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of DevOps and Systems Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure or high-performance computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Stack Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with distributed training strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex performance issues in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
