Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical machine learning workflows.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Research emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a focus on performance-critical systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to learn.
