Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and compliance policies for 2026 product roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous audits of machine learning models to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias and unintended risks.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions to stay ahead of evolving AI legislation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidelines for non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead internal training sessions on responsible AI practices and data privacy standards.
- Oversee the integration of privacy-by-design principles into the core architecture of our software solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology, law, policy, or a related field with a focus on emerging tech.
- Proven track record of developing or enforcing governance frameworks in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Strong knowledge of international data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and emerging AI acts.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree in Law, Computer Science, Public Policy, or Ethics is a strong plus.
