Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure and AI systems for enterprise-level applications.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, LLM optimization, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Pipeline Optimization: Build robust MLOps pipelines ensuring seamless model training, validation, and deployment with zero downtime.
- Model Tuning: Fine-tune large language models and neural networks to maximize accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and long-term AI strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative technical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
