Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive datasets and real-time inference.
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across our product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 milestones.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously analyze system performance to reduce latency and improve computational efficiency, ensuring our solutions scale seamlessly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
