Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on edge computing and cloud integration.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency, ensuring they run seamlessly on next-gen hardware.
- R&D Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum-inspired algorithms) into our core product lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline for AI models, ensuring reliable deployment and monitoring of live systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML models.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Statistics.
- System Design: Experience designing microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
