Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead research and development of novel transformer architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage to ensure real-time responsiveness at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for data science and MLOps workflows.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our production systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in building production-level machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning theory.
- Demonstrated experience deploying large-scale models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
