What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and deployment of core AI models for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable products.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow.
- Conduct A/B testing and model evaluation to drive product performance.
- Design systems capable of handling petabytes of real-time data.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our stack.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
