Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences on global infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability standards are met.
- Research and implement novel techniques from top-tier academic conferences to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, documentation, and version control within the AI team.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years working with Transformer architectures.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production that handle high concurrency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
