Responsibilities
- Architect Core Reasoning Engines: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures that support advanced multi-step reasoning and planning capabilities.
- Optimize Model Performance: Apply techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to ensure high-throughput, low-latency inference in production environments.
- Develop Safety & Alignment Systems: Engineer robust guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs adhere to ethical guidelines and safety standards.
- Build Evaluation Pipelines: Create comprehensive testing frameworks and synthetic data generators to rigorously evaluate model performance and hallucination rates.
- MLOps Implementation: Design CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies for model fine-tuning and retraining workflows.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, evaluating new research papers (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and integrating breakthroughs into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Expertise: Deep experience with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.), Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Research Mindset: Demonstrated ability to publish research or contribute to open-source AI projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
