Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Optimize model performance for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed models to ensure reliability.
- Stay current with the latest research and industry trends to continuously improve our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
