Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Optimize transformer architectures for high-speed inference and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define AI requirements and roadmap.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
- Research and evaluate novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and semantic understanding.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, Hugging Face, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced startup environments.
