Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models on scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer efficient inference pipelines and optimize model latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring novel architectures and training methodologies.
- Production Stability: Ensure robust model performance, monitoring, and fault tolerance in live production environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with deep understanding of deep learning frameworks.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building and deploying NLP or Generative AI models in production.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
