Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data science, MLOps, and code quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipeline management, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
