Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, multi-agent AI systems capable of complex reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines and fine-tune models using proprietary datasets to enhance accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate advanced AI concepts into user-friendly products.
- Implement rigorous testing strategies and evaluation frameworks to ensure model safety, fairness, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the AI team.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., RAG, Chain-of-Thought) into production.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, JAX).
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Hugging Face Transformers, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade AI software with high reliability and scalability.
