Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Models: Design and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks optimized for real-time inference and low-latency edge devices.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) into production workflows.
- System Optimization: Engineer efficient data pipelines and model training pipelines to maximize compute resource utilization and reduce training costs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, including CI/CD integration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialization: Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive actionable insights from massive datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
