Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Architecture: Architect robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model integration and continuous delivery.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Design teams to translate data insights into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python with deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Mathematical Fluency: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
