Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design, train, and deploy large-scale LLMs and multimodal AI systems optimized for enterprise scalability.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in neural architecture search, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering.
- System Optimization: Improve inference latency and model accuracy through advanced fine-tuning and quantization techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Tools: Proven track record with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues and optimize for production environments.
