Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Architecture: Define and implement the technical strategy for our next-generation AI agents and LLM orchestration layer.
- Model Optimization: Optimize inference latency and reduce token costs for our deployed models, ensuring sub-second response times.
- Multi-Agent Systems: Design and deploy autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and memory retention.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms in AI safety, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of distributed systems.
- AI Specialization: Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems at scale.
