Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks for real-time applications.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support high-volume inference and training workloads.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to identify new techniques and methodologies that can be integrated into our product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and optimize for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Programming: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
