Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art generative models using Python and PyTorch.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Experiment with novel architectures and fine-tuning strategies to improve model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including Transformers, BERT, and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
