Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems, using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Deployment & MLOps: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment using cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance in production environments.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new algorithms and techniques, publishing papers, and contributing to open-source projects.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and C++.
- Cloud Experience: Strong experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
