Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and production serving.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for large-scale deployments.
- Conduct research into emerging AI architectures, including transformers and diffusion models.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and adherence to ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments.
