Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability to handle millions of requests per day.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
