We are at the forefront of the 2026 digital revolution, building the next generation of decentralized intelligence systems. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Blockchain Architect to lead our architecture team in creating seamless, AI-driven smart contract ecosystems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and future-proof. You will define the technical roadmap for our upcoming suite of products designed to disrupt the finance and healthcare sectors by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement complex AI models integrated directly into blockchain protocols for real-time decision making.
- Smart Contract Optimization: Write secure, high-performance Solidity and Rust code, optimizing gas usage and inference latency.
- System Architecture: Lead the technical vision for our microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Security Audits: Spearhead rigorous security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in both on-chain and off-chain components.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the 2026 technical roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Quantum-Resistant algorithms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in Blockchain (Solidity/Rust) and AI/ML (Python/PyTorch).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and neural network deployment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Cloud Computing or Blockchain Development are a plus.
