- Workflow Optimization: Analyze complex business processes and implement intelligent automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
- Model Governance & Safety: Establish strict guardrails and compliance frameworks for enterprise AI deployment, ensuring data privacy and ethical usage.
- Team Enablement: Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering, AI toolsets, and the responsible use of generative technologies.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead high-impact proof-of-concept (POC) projects that demonstrate tangible ROI from AI adoption.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Analysis: Continuously evaluate emerging AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, specialized agents) to recommend best-fit technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Consulting, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML integration.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and API integrations. Experience with Python or TypeScript is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and actionable roadmaps.
- Communication: Superior presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
