Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architecture for the Year 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Neural Architecture Design: Design complex deep learning models and neural networks capable of processing multi-dimensional data streams in real-time.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum researchers to integrate classical AI with emerging quantum algorithms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference engines and reduce latency in high-throughput environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid classical-quantum workflows.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant architectural solutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
