We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the architectural design of our core machine learning infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure our systems are robust, secure, and ready for enterprise-scale adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, and inference engines.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to define technical roadmaps and best practices.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data governance, security compliance, and ethical AI standards are strictly maintained.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying and scaling LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control (Git).
